I liked the personal attention by the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room and bedding. I did not like the parking fee. It should be free.

The room was great, had a separate living area with a t.v. What was bad was the mini split heater/ac was in the living room area and none of the heat went into the bedroom area. The bedroom area was always cold. The breakfast was limit not much room for complete items.

Don’t stay here… no matter how cheap!!!!
Arrived at night and waited more than 10 minutes at the front desk and nobody was there. Waited some more and then the staff member started immediately yelling at me and telling me to leave. Apparently there was a homeless lady who had entered the property and thought I was her! Very rude, never apologized. Staff member was very rude and condescending. While room was clean, it was minimal at best and awkwardly formed. It looked like an old apartment turned into hotel. Buildings were separate from the lobby.

The front desk staff has always been outstanding. This time it was Kevin who was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It's important to know that bedding and towels only get changed every other day during a longer visit, and you should ask for trash to be taken out every day.
