The hotel itself is excellent. However, the area is very noisy, and we felt unsafe especially at night. So much noise from the people and vehicles outside.

Room was amazing. This hotel used to be apartments so the room is very spacious, with a great kitchenette and dining set up at on end. Spotless. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Only downside is no onsite parking, but it’s downtown Los Angeles, so can’t be helped. Good parking garage nearby.

Very nice stay water was hot, kitchen was clean provided the pots, pans and utensils, paper towels was a nice touch full refrigerator full oven and range. And the room was spacious with a big closet to iron and store all of our clothing. The outside provides security and the tap to touch elevator made us feel very safe. Roku was a plus! Very nice stay overall will be returning!

Staff were welcoming, however, extremely deceptive. Don’t bother taking anything for “free”. They will just charge you later on for said thing. The worst part was finding trash in the room I’m staying in, and not knowing if the room had been cleaned. This just made the stay overall uncomfortable. The elevator was nice though.

Everything was really nice, we were happy to check in and see such a huge and nice room with two beds in their own quarters which was even nicer. Amazing kitchen and views as well, we enjoyed this place a lot!
