Hallway stench of cleaner was almost enough to make one vomit due to high strength of smell.the lingering smell. Is property attempting to mask another odor??? Floors in unit made both our feet and socks black due to dirt. Ice maker broken. I informed front desk and supplied photo of frozen over unit. I asked if ice could be taken from an empty room and was told there’s a store around the corner. I paid five bucks for a small bag of ice that I had to walk to get when there’s supposed to be a functional kitchen. No follow up from property. Wasted 30 mins of vacation getting ice! Sink basin is loose and water leaked out to counter and one persons belongings got wet on bottoms of everything they had sitting on the counter. Coffe maker that was filthy! Even if it were clean, there was zero filters, sugar or cream and only two small packets of coffee. Another trip to the store! Not an enjoyable stay

The staff at the Haas were so accommodating and professional. It was a pleasure to stay there. Extremely clean and great space in our room. Wonderful location, within walking distance to Crypto.com Arena and many other LA attractions. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Haas.

Front Desk was very accommodating. ROOOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. Security is very prompt, when it comes to loud neighbors being too loud. This is more apartment/condo type of atmosphere! Everything is walking distance! But you are in the center of downtown so expect the noise from outside to be inside with you!

Wonderful Stay.
The stay was amazing. Loved how secure the hotel is even though it's in downtown LA. Clean and quiet (besides the outside noise). The only negative aspect is that there isn't any parking
