All of vending machines were out of service, or sold out as if they don’t stock up on items. Someone’s dog was barking a lot during the night and early in the morning. There is no parking I had a cargo box on top and didn’t fit in the garage had to park outside

Our room was in poor condition , Our floor was being held down with black gaffer tape throughout the bedroom and the bathroom. All in all it’s in a great position in town and that was what was required .

Very clean and comfortable. No shampoo, so bring your own. Parking is available for a fee, and lot is tight.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Close to Universal Studios. It's right down the street from the Walk of Fame. Cons: It's right down the street from the Walk of Fame. Road outside the hotel is NARROW. Parking is $30/day. One load of laundry cost us $7.50. No free breakfast. Free coffee is only until 10am. No microwave or coffee maker in room (thus costing more $ in food). Not a great view - we got lucky with a 4th floor room. Noisy neighbors/traffic on the weekend. Parking filled up fast on Friday night. Roomservice only had expensive pizza options. The delivery app had no options. Elevator is slow.
