It's an old establishment so expect to see wear and tear but it delivers where it matters with cleanliness, great employees, a good night's sleep and a free airport shuttle that runs every half hour 24/7. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable and although near elevator - it was quiet. Convenient bar/restaurant in lobby. Plenty of plugs/space throughout the lobby and near bar (with TVs;) if you need to work. Appreciated the convenience for a very early flight.

For having to pay for parking it was horrible finding a spot. So many cars where parked all wrong in certain spot so didn’t allow anyone to park in those spots empty spots. I did like that security did come and help us and gave us parking spot in the front for the inconvenience.

There were a lot of small issues that, together, made the stay less enjoyable. The bed lamp didn’t work (I didn’t want to mess with the wires or plugs). The tub/shower floor held water, which made it slippery and a little scary to stand on. The hallway lights on the way to our room flickered a lot, which felt unsettling when we walked out later in the day. On top of that, we had to pay for parking and were also charged for breakfast. So overall the stay was okay/ average.

Decent, but not amazing

I decent hotel for an overnight. Bed was comfortable. There were a few food options within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was decent. However, there was no curtain on the shower. The while bathroom got flooded each time we showered. Also, the toilet ran the whole time. We informed the staff, but nothing was done about it.

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was accommodating, especially after my long flight from Japan. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful, allowing me to check in a full three hours before the official time.

Was okay for a one night stay. Parking is limited. Nothing special here. Paid way more than the room was worth. Was just standard but priced as Premium King etc. Breakfast was powdered eggs, defrosted potatoes, some cold, some hard, some mushy...coffee was good but not worth 23 bucks to me. It's just a Holiday Inn. What do you expect?
