The room was very ordinary.... simple and bare bones. For one night it was ok.....but really needed a good sleep and definitely was NOT.. There was so much noise from slamming doors, banging luggage and corridor chatter...not to mention the sound of trucks and bus /delivery transports at all hours of the night. So..so .. bad. !!!!

The room was neglected. There were Hot Cheetos marks on the office chair and walls. The hotel has a no smoke policy, but the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the room card would deactivate frequently, making it difficult to go in and out of the room.

Clean room,nice bedding and very comfortable. Rooms have been updated as well as the lobby on main floor. The staff were great, close to airport and free shuttle was very convenient. It was noisy with traffic and hallway sounds. But price was great and location to LAX for 1 night.

Airport shuttle and staff was great However the room and property was horrible. Our room smelled wet and mildew and there was mold in the bathroom. I wore my shoes walking around the room-floors very icky. I would NEVER stay here again
