We had a corner view room 1801. Great views. Could see Alcatraz prison. Clean and comfortable room. Double glazed windows that don’t open so you rely on air conditioning. Buffet breakfast was top quality and included fresh fruit. We used the restaurant for dinner one night and prices were reasonable and serving sizes were large. Great location on Nob Hill with the cable car down to town right beside the hotel. We would stay again if in town.

Property is in a really good spot ! Staff however can be very snobby, you ask them questions and they look down at you or make faces especially the females working the front desk. Maybe they need customer service training. Took them also 2 weeks to give me back my deposit I had to call them so they could release it.
