I stayed here for one night, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. Parking is around $50 overnight, and while I understand availability in the area is limited, it still feels like a lot for what you get. The parking structure also had a strong urine smell. I get that some of that may be out of the hotel’s control, but I do wish there were measures in place to help guests feel more comfortable considering the price we’re paying for both the room and parking. The room itself didn’t feel worth the rate or the location. Yes, it’s within a few miles of some attractions, but next time I’d rather stay farther from downtown and just make the drive. The staff also didn’t feel very welcoming, and the sandwiches I bought downstairs were pretty disappointing the bread was extremely hard. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

If you are in SF with your own car, this place is the answer. Excellent on-premises garage with 24 hour in-out access. Really, I chose this place for the garage, but everything else turns out to be fantastic, too. Comfy bed. Great views. Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Good location. Especially when I need the garage, I never shop around—I just instantly re-book right here.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a laundromat, a gym, and a swimming pool. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and centrally located to get to other destinations in San Francisco.
