My stay here was fantastic. The staff across the board were so pleasant and helpful - truly excellent customer service. The hotel itself is so conveniently located and has all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend a stay here. And for SF the price can't be beat.

I have IHG Gold Elite but I booked through Expedia so the hotel refused to provide any of my stated benefits from my status, and the stay was not eligible to earn any reward points for the program. If that is the case it should be disclosed because that is not the norm. I will never again book this hotel or any IHG hotel through Expedia.

Please make travelers aware parking is only offered to certain vehicles and trucks and SUV Parking may not be possible. I had to travel off sight and for parking in a standard truck and pay $200 for additional storage and taxies.
