The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here. The only thing they do not have is a microwave in the room, but there is a restaurant on site and a mini cafe. Along with that, great restaurants around walking distance wise. :)

We have a wonderful experience, Erick the manager of the night crew was excellent plus all his crew and staff. Housekeeping ladies were amazing helping with every question answer, we are really happy and will be recommend to all our friends and family this hotel plus the location is amazing.

The lady at front desk was very nice. Great customer service! The room was nice and spacious. Loved that we were close to the elevator so it was very convenient to come and go. Loved that the parking is secured by a closed gate and is convenient because you can come and go as well while you stay there. I was surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast, but that’s ok. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back!

The visit started confusing with unclear directions of the pull through check in area for vehicles. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room we stayed in was clean. We heard no outside noise whether it be from the hallway or the next door hotel room and the hotel is centrally located. You can park at the hotel for cheaper than a nearby garage and walk to multiple areas, or if you decide to drive most places are a five-ten minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not good all packaged and processed foods like you get for free at Hampton Inn. Green bananas. Really awful coffee. Very disapoointed after ads said they are known for a good breakfast. I will never eat there again.
