Very clean and very nice amenities. Staff was amazing and allowed me to use the facilities past the time I checked out due to a special circumstance with my daughter in the hospital. I was very worried about the location when I started driving down there but was assured once I came around to the actual hotel. Everything was lovely and the crème brûlée French toast brought to my room was fabulous!! I’d stay here again for sure and I’m a germ freak!!

Overall, the experience was very positive. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a great location, provided you are familiar with the surrounding area, as there are a few nearby streets best avoided. My only concern was the pool and jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi was extremely small, and the pool was much smaller than expected based on how the hotel was advertised. Upon arrival, the pool area was very crowded, with many children jumping in and out of the water, and some parents actively throwing them into the pool. Additionally, the spa was overcrowded and had noticeably low water levels. Aside from the pool and jacuzzi experience, everything else was enjoyable, and we had a great time overall.
