This place was everything I needed! The staff is so kind and accommodating. The food is top notch. A perfect place to relax and have a proper “staycation”! The hotel was so kind to my doggy! A dog play area and a welcome gift too. I can’t wait to go back. Swim in the indoor pool & relax in the jacuzzi. So very worth it! The customer Service is the best.

Maxing out the fees!
Hotel Nikki was great, with the exception of all the fees upon departing. I paid an amenity fee of $39.00, a tourism fee tax at 14%, and an amenity BDA fee for another 2.5%. I had pre-paid my room far in advance and was quite surprised by these unexpected additional fees. Will look for another hotel next time.
