The property is having renovation work happening . It was extremely hard to sleep in with all the banging etc . We were not notified of this and given no discount . Allot of the hotel was baracaded off. We went for a meal in the first restraunt as u walk in . Waited 12 minutes for them to finally finish off their 5 staff members gossiping . Then seated and again had to wait for our drink order . There was no one else waiting to be served !! Our meals were great and the older gentleman in all black who served them was amazing . But then we waited and waited for another drink order and ended up giving up because no one wanted to serve us . Very very disappointed in the staff and the hotel :( I often stay in Hilton hotels around the world and this one is very unsavoury to all the rest .

Was slightly worried after some of the reviews, but overall room was pretty nice, and we had no issues checking in our out. Convenient bus service (6$ a day) right outside hotel.

There was a lot of sounds at night , not sure if it was from the AC , but it sounded like knocking sounds all night. The bathroom wasn’t nice looking at all , the mirror was peeling , & shower was just dirty. Other than that it was ok. The bed and pillows were comfortable tho.

My daughter had a terrible fall on the slides area . From the start it was terrible, I was checked into a hotel room on level 6 with no pool view (which I payed for). The hallways and pool are was under construction horrible appeal. I would never stay here again .

A solid 4 star property. Convenient location and 10-15 minute walk to park; however recommend taking shuttle to park offered by Disney for $6 which takes 2 minutes from the park. Fun water slide for kids. The beds were really comfortable and solid walls for quietness in the rooms. The property was very clean.
