Beautiful room and so very spacial. Lobby had lots of activities to choose from. Starbucks is accessible as well as other convenience stores. The location was perfect as we enjoyed the 20 minute walk.

I don't recommend their buffet breakfast. Not too many food to choose, only :bread, toast, potato, egg. yogurt and cost too much for 27.9 dollar one person. Also water in the room charges 5 dollar/bottle. They don't even have kettle.😅😅 Prepare enough water and food when you check in this hotel...

staff very courteous and helpful. When I had issue with noisy neighbor they immediately offered solution with new room. Appreciate it whe service is real and not just hot air

I was under the impression that there was an indoor basketball court since that’s what was advertised on the hotel website to find out the basketball court was closed 8 years ago, not only that but the water was unavailable for a night which I was not notified about until I arrived to check in. It was also advertised that the Disney park was 11 minute walk from the hotel which again was wrong in reality it’s about a 23-30 minute walk.

Overall the room was pleasant. However, I had some hiccups while I was there for the 3 nights. The first night, I came across porn on the tv as I was changing channels. The maintenance came after I called them and blocked the channel. But why was it available anyway? What if I had small children with me? Then about 10:30pm, a loud annoucement came in the room that there "may" be an emergency, but they are checking. Then 10 min later, another loud annoucement said there was no emergency. On the 3rd night, the fire alarm light kept blinking over and over again. No alarm, just the light. I would stay again, it was nice and close to the shuttle to the park. Just a few little minor issues.
