It was a good hotel. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the service was great. It could use a little cosmetic touch up but other than that it was good. I would stay here again.

Nice Surprise

For a budget option this was perfect. Close to the parks. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. A Jack in the Box is located immediately outside the door as another option. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room. I don't expect luxury when booking a budget friendly option but this was very good for the amount paid.

Eh not worth the money

The stay was so so. The linen was stained and the hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. The water pressure was horrible. The floor was dirty (my husband socks were filthy from walking around) thank goodness my daughter and I had our slippers. The highlight was that pool was heated and my daughter swam. Other than that for price we paid for 2 nights was not worth it.

Typical motel in appearance in the Anaheim area near the convention center. Getting in was a little complicated. Nice rooms. There was a water leak in my room and they switched my room, moving all of my stuff to the new room since I was out for the day. Very accommodating and very helpful!

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR YOURE GOING TO DISNEY. We stayed two nights here and by the first few hours I wanted to leave. There’s cars racing up and down the streets Very loud, making other car alarms go off constantly until 12/1am. The Door to the adjoining room we were placed in wasn’t even sealed from the bottom so we can see light coming from that room at night when everything is off for us. we can hear the people next to us conversation all night as if they were literally in bed with us. The didnt even replace the toilet paper in our bathroom from I’m guessing the people who were in that room before us. There’s loud ghetto people roaming up and down the halls all night. Our room wasn’t replaced with new towels or toilet paper we had to go and ask for them. The bed felt like I was sleeping on newspaper as well as the pillows. I felt very unsafe I could barely sleep, and was so tired for the next day at Disney. I’m just truly glad I didn’t come with my kids this time. Save yourself the hassle and save a little bit of more money to stay at a better hotel.

Horrible experience!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. We stayed at this hotel because of a two day trip to Disneyland with two small children ages four and seven months at check-in. The two employees smelled like marijuana. It was an extremely strong smell. When we went into the room. I laid my daughters down who were very tired. We brought down all our luggage and got acquainted after this. I went into the restroom and noticed dried poop on the walls. I called the front desk and had someone come in to clean it up. It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t sleep knowing that my daughters were in such a dirty place or what else they could’ve missed. In the morning when we got ready to leave, my daughter was walking around in her socks. When I went to change her her socks were completely brown from the bottom the room had not been mopped and a very long time. Overall, a horrible experience and extremely dirty hotel.

I loved the small heated pool and hot tub. We pretty much had it to ourselves. The laundry machine is on the same area so we were able to do our laundry while relaxing. The laundry is with card so didn't need a bunch of quarters. At first I didn't like that it didn't have a bath but I grew to love the flat floor shower. The breakfast was little packaged muffins, coffee, juice, bananas, and apples. It's better than nothing but we went to Disney and Knott's Berry farms so we are there anyway. There wasn't really stores that were walking distance for things like laundry soap and essentials. It was about 10 minutes Lyft to Disney and maybe 15 to 20 min Lyft to Knott's Berry. We spent under 25 bucks each way with tips. That was cheaper than renting a car since we didn't have to pay for parking. I might go fancier next time but this place was a good deal and had everything I wanted, pretty much. There's an ice cream place across the street that had extra long lines but we never did check it out. It must be good. No complaints here.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was very noisy until late hours. The were stains on the walls. The free breakfast choices are a muffin, apple, yogurt and coffee. Not a big selection. The couple next to our room were arguing until the 3 AM and we could clearly hear it all as if we were in the same room as them. Would not stay here again.

It was relatively clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Housekeeping came in and took our towels and bath mat and didn't bring replacements. They didn't make our beds either. Not a big deal, just kind of odd. I had to go ask for extras towels. Breakfast was the same all three days--muffins and yogurt.
