Amenities are delightful - welcome refreshments, s'mores kits, hot chocolate bar, fruit infused ice water carafes, scooters, bikes. Room service and carry out prices are the SAME for Pacific Hideaway! Staff are excellent. I gave 4 stars, because I pulled out the sofa bed, ready to collapse, and found no bedding. 3 phone calls and an hour later, bedding was delivered. I have never needed bedding delivered. Easy beach/pier walk.

The heater is blasting cold air. The technician says there is no Freon in the system and he can’t do anything. The front desk said they’d give us a new room, but when we were ready to move they said they sold the room to a new guest and all rooms were taken. We’ve slept with no air or heat. It was a bad experience last night. I can’t wait to get out of here.

Great location and the staff was great! I love the room. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on and the pillows were awesome too.

Amazing hotel, we love staying here because we can bring our dog with no weight or breed restrictions. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Stylish, thoughtfully designed rooms, a relaxed coastal environment, and exceptional service made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, close to the beach yet peaceful. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again and I highly recommend it. The entire staff is amazing.
