This is our go to place to stay whenever we visit HB. Great location, walking distance to everything. Love the amenities included in the daily resort fee (beach chairs, bikes for adults and kids, smores kits, daily happy hour, coffee/tea/hot cholate bar). The list goes on and on. They had us waiting u til 6pm to check in because the room was no clean. we missed our hockey game . valet was horrible . I could never find the valet. the lobby elevator smelled like pee. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
