Needs updates, hard mattress

Hotel is definitely in need of updating. We were in a group with 4 rooms being booked. Our room was by far the worst. Holes in wall, paint peeling, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Some of the other rooms in our group were slightly better, but not by much.

Worst hotel stay we left in the middle of the night well before midnight ! Spoke w Oscar at the front desk he told us we would be refunded both days . Room was horrible and to top it I paid extra for an upgrade . Then at night kids were running free up until we left and people were partying all night . Zero security or anything done ! Plz call me ! Have been disconnected every time I call Expedia .

Could be better

Definitely not made for normal sized people. Shower heads are at chest height, toilet and vanity super low. Small TV and no fridge in the rooms. Carpets are ancient and my room smelled. The highlight was the breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff members.

Usually on point this time not so much was charged 116 dollars extra for a room that was the same exact room except in had a fridge and microwave and a broken air conditioner. when calling at 12:30 at night because we could no longer deal with the noise I was told that they were gonna have to charge me a second time because I will be having two rooms. They wanted me to move all my stuff out of the room as opposed to waiting until the morning totally ridiculous. The shower curtains too short, so the water poured out onto the floor . So we moved to the other room and make sure all of our stuff was out in the middle of the night the room before this one the air conditioner did not work at all. It was totally ridiculous and hot. I don’t understand how management doesn’t notice these things before giving people these rooms. This was not the way this place was not the way. I remember it at all totally disappointed. I believe it’s under new management.

The hotel is amazing and the customer service was great. I gave her a low rating for comfort as the bed was very uncomfortable. I used both of them since I had two doubles, and unfortunately, they did not provide a good nights sleep.

Very nice lobby, friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The lobby, bar area and breakfast are were VERY nicely decorated, clean and comfy. Wish the breakfast buffet had more options and didn't run out of food 30-45 minutes before it was over. Bacon was severely undercooked. Eggs were good most of the time but overcooked at times. Room was comfortable but the TV menu either didn't work or is lacking in ability to move through the selections to choose a channel. Our biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi. It did not look clean or inviting and didn't use it because of that. It looks very old. We stayed 4 nights and had a nice stay. Would definitely stay there again. :)
