The matress was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever slept on. Felt like it was all spring. The shower sprayed the wall and curtain before our body, and the tub filled. The staff was kind, no problems there. The outside, the parking, no issues. It just looked nicer than jt was.

The entry light switch was halfway out of the wall, seemed to spark whenever you pushed on it, and the light flickered frequently or wouldn’t turn on as a result. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and you could feel every spring poke into you. There were also no more than 2 sheets and an extremely thin quilt on the bed. The carpet seemed dirty and all the baseboard were peeling up, most of the furniture was chipped/peeling, and the front door handle made it very difficult to close when leaving. The shower was ok, but the safety grab bar was barely screwed into the wall. Overall, this hotel did not appear consistent with the pictures online, and I would not stay here again.

For how it was advertised is very deceptive. It was very dirty and needs to be updated. The updating needed is fine but be truthful about it.

The room was very clean and the housekeeping was exceptional. They cleaned the rooms everyday and the sheets and towels were always clean and smelled fresh. In a day where hotels skimp out of providing good housekeeping, this was truly a breath of fresh air

Beds not great. Almost every time we check in now we check everything in the room to make sure drains, faucets, toilet, shower, lights, closet shelves, etc work. We usually need to change rooms. The staff are always nice. Rooms just need a lot of tlc.
