The room was horrible. The water leaked in the bathtub, there was no plug in the sink, the counter was about 3 inches above my knee, the tile in bathroom was very slick and I almost fell getting out of the shower, the shower curtain was hung wrong, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor, the carpet and walls were dirty, the mattress was thin and hard, there was not microwave or refrigerator, the door was difficult to open, the air conditioner/heater was so loud that we had to turn it off, the hotel is noisy, you can hear everything from the hallway or the adjoining rooms and the window coverings did not keep the sun out in a room that faced west.
