Overall nice place

Great amenities (weight room, indoor pool and jacuzzi). Room was nice and clean, but bathroom vent fan was inop. and shower/tub diverter was in need of replacement/repair. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The carpet was stained. The sheets were very clean, but everything is so outdated and rusty. The water in the shower would not go down the bad you can feel the springs would never stay here again. The cigarette smell was terrible.

The staff was very friendly however the room they gave me at first was dirty there was stains everywhere on the walls on the sofa chair the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough for the water to go down the shower floor was black from all the grime on the floor the mirrors had splatter marks all over, but overall the only good thing about this hotel is free parking and the location but by far one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed, but they did upgrade my room to the top floor but even with the upgraded room that shower had issues with the shower head over spraying no matter where you positioned it, it would just fall on the floor

I was here for a week in May and was given an upgraded renovated room on the 8th floor. This time I was only here for a couple of days and was given a room on the 5th floor. This room was pretty shoddy compared to my previous experience. I am a regular customer, at least once a year, so was hoping for a room in better condition. However, the location next to Bella Terra Mall and 405 are strong points, as well as free outdoor parking!
