A reimagined former Radisson. Family friendly, efficient and friendly front desk service. Very speedy repair service for the room safe. If you want to be near Pier 39 or Fisherman's Wharf or any of the piers where the popular routes are, the Zephyr is right there. Make note that there is an additional $30 charge for amenities whether you use them or not. Parking is $64 per day and includes in- out privileges.

Although I do think that the grounds could use a little TLC our room was clean and the staff is very friendly. We have stayed here before and will stay again because you can't beat the location for the price. We did not pay to park however I have read a lot of reviews complaining about the cost of parking. No matter where you stay in San Francisco parking is expensive. There is a parking garage right next door if you prefer for much cheaper but it is park at your own risk, where as the parking at the hotel offers a little more security. Overall we really enjoy all of the amenities.

Room was small, and AC was placed directly next to the head of the bed, mere inches away so we couldn’t use it. Room was clean but a bit run down. The facilities and proximity were great. Wish we got s'mores every night, but only allowed once.
