Wonderful staff, comfortable hotel. The only problem we had was the TV. Despite a very helpful maintenance man resetting the system for us, we continued to have difficulty getting it to work. It is a new “Smart TV” system — they might be better off switching to a less complicated system. In all other aspects Club Quarters San Francisco was a most enjoyable experience.

Convenient location, staff was really friendly and attentive. Was told at check in that our room was upgraded however room we reserved was for a queen bed and we received a double bed. For one night it wasn’t worth the hassle to change. Disappointed that there was no sparkling water available and water filter needed to be changed.
