The location was great. The room was great, but I'd like if they had mini sofas to relax on when not in bed. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff was really awesome especially Melissa at front desk and E??? the head valet gentleman.

Excellent facility, clean room, good breakfast. Friendly staff and ease to get around. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the SAN Fran area! Only reason I could not give a 5 star is due to the shower pressure. It was weak, however nice and hot.

I didn’t like the surprise $30 per night “amenity” fee I was charged at the end of my stay. IMO it t should be included in the actual price of the hotel. Charging extra at the end for breakfast and having coffee and water available 24 hours seems deceptive when the hotel advertises the stay includes breakfast, etc.

The room wasn't the cleanest. It was obvious the floor hasn't been vacuumed since there was a Bobby pin on the floor. The front desk staff was great.

This was a great location, central to pretty much everything. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good, although they might want to rethink those coffee machines and have one that at least has coffee ready to pour. Would definitely stay here again.
