A cute, cozy hotel. Love the old historic feel of it. We really enjoyed the cozy dining area for breakfast and wine. The place could really use some new paint and a deep cleaning though. Our room was a deluxe queen with fireplace but not the one pictured upon reservation. Small bathroom vanity--barely room for a curling iron, no soaking tub. Pretty noisy at night. Old TV that struggled working. No blackout curtains.

Very old San Francisco hotel near Union Square. Very nice rooms with small bathroom. Downstairs area is fantastic and staff were great. I would go there again.

Such a cute place! Everything was very clean and service was great. The wine/snacks complimentary happy hour every evening was such a lovely addition to our stay! (Francisco is absolutely wonderful!) location is safe and great for walking to many locations. We enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful parlor for breakfast and lounging by a fireplace, plus a fireplace in the room. Staff helpful and courteous. Very old school San Francisco and reminiscent of an European experience.
