Staff courteous! The property does not have central air. Consequently, the hallways and rooms are always cold. The room is equipped with a very noisy heater from the olden days, not convenient during sleeping time.

The whole experience- with one caveat- was excellent. Clean rooms, fun lobby, courteous staff- all great. My caveat? Was we stayed overnight on a Tuesday and approximately 5 AM I believe on the far side of the building was trash pick up day on Wednesday and it was the noisiest, most raucous and long lasting trash pick up event ever. I will never stay on that side of the building on a Tuesday overnight again.

Cool area, easy check in and out, greeting staff was helpful. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off through the entire hotel with no explanation at 10pm. When we all got to the lobby, just was told we could go back to our rooms, was it a false alarm orrrr…..? Water pressure was awful, barely a trickle and the body wash was broken and unusable. The rooms were tidy and they tuned down your room daily which was nice (great housekeeping staff). Although not a terrible experience, we most likely will go with another hotel on our next stay.
