The property is overpriced and does not make sense to pay that much for one night. Also the hotel does not have basic amenity like microwave and coffee maker in the room. When such hotels make a claim of 4 star such basic things should be there. I would say Mariott and Hampton are way much better than Hotel Caza. Please do not stay here

The amenities are basic, the lobby and bar area was so basic it felt like a hostel - the rooms are clean and comfortable but the bar and shop / coffee dock needs some attention.

The Hotel Caza is a great place to stay in San Francisco if you have kids. The rooms are relatively large, the location is amazing and the lobby offers a number of activities to keep the kids amused during the down times. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I would respectfully suggest that they build a hot tub on property because it was just too chilly for a pool. In short, this is a great quality, family hotel in an amazing location. Considering it is a clean, nice hotels it is a great bargain. Highly recommend!

Good location and friendly staff. Appreciate eco friendly toiletries and water refill station. The room was supposed to have a partial bay view but in reality it was mostly a trash alley with the wall of the next building with a tiny slither of the ocean on the horizon. 3.5 stars

Loved this property. Beautiful rooms. Very clean and super comfy. My only complaint is that there’s no way to deflect the AC flow on the wall unit to avoid blasting you all night. But we opened the windows and enjoyed natural coolness instead. Location is excellent. Easy walk or short Waymo or uber ride to great restaurants and attractions. The hotel is one of the stops for the hop on bus which we used to tour the Golden Gate Bridge since we weren’t renting a car. The hotel has a lovely coffee bar in the morning. Free coffee is delicious and their lattes and cappuccinos are great. Wonderful attention to detail and very eco conscious.
