Great hotel

Overall our stay at Hotel Caza was great. The location can’t be beat with easy access to the city. Our room was ready by noon for an early check in. The $41 per night resort fee is excessive and really gives no value- I don’t know too many people interested in “free store bought cookies and milk” for an hour for this resort fee. I did pay extra for our double queen room with a view and it was fantastic and worth it.

Okay for what it was but they are advertising partial bay view rooms that have zero visibilty of bay what so ever very disapointed and manager was not so kind when i stated my problem she said i could get $20 had to fight to get atleast 40 of the 46 they promised the night before either way only 5th floor has view but they are advertising the side of the building as bay view ,when all there was is a view of the hotel we should have stayed in

Not hugely sophisticated, but a solid hotel and a great location. It was an ideal base for our family holiday, in walking distance to the piers, lots of dining options and right next door to Sixty car rental.

Loved this hotel - great rooms, lovely pool area, bar well stocked and loads of games for kids of all ages. Everything from pool to table football, space invaders, cards etc. lovely extras too like free coffee in the morning and milk and cookies in the evening. Great location really close to fantastic restaurants and 5 mins to Fishermans wharf….

Clean room and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Hotel location is walkable to Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Warf, no need for a car and if you don’t want to walk get Waymo for about $9. I’d stay here again!

The property was not only dirty, but very noisy in the middle of the night. They should offer earplugs as a courtesy, but after the complete lack of any kind of courtesy we received during our stay, I know that will never be something that hotel caza provides. 0 amenities. There is no fridge, no microwave, you are forced to pay extra for the game room and the pool, and on top of it have to pay to even play the games in the game room. This stay for us felt like a never ending fee nightmare. The beds were uncomfortable. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the soap dispensers were empty, and the toilet had clogging issues. When they came and “cleaned” our room, they did not take any trash with them. It was very odd. Upon arrival, we were told that we had to pay $75 a night for parking, that was the peak of the ridiculousness. They do not even charge those prices in Las Vegas. After asking about alternative parking around the area, I was lied to and told that everywhere else in the area was the same price. We drove around and saw that was not the case at all. After complaining we did receive a discounted parking rate. I believe whole heartedly that parking should be included in your stay. I’m writing this review so that others can be weary of this hotel. They lie and they hit you with an insane amount of fees that are not listed on any site. Save yourself $$ and convenience and book elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in fisherman’s wharf with better prices & services

Hotel was Okay however found it very hard to sleep as room was facing an alley way with lots of yelling, noises, glass shattering all 3 nights. When we arrived at property after already paying for our stay we were told we would be charged an additional $50 a night for the “activities” they provide which is the pool and some corn hole.

Basic room despite the vip access should grant an upgrade, placed in a corner with no view from the vindow and close to the elevator ( noisy place) and the ice machine. Unbelievable that there is no fridge nor coffee machine in the room

Maria at the front desk was amazing! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. She provided a complimentary upgrade to a room with a Bay view and worked with me to ensure my big truck had a parking space. She didn’t have to do any of that. I was exhausted on arrival and her friendly manner and assistance made all the difference. I’ll definitely keep this hotel on my SF travel list as a must-stay. The location is great and within walking distance of the wharf and excellent restaurants and cafes.

I loved everything about this hotel, great location and wonderful rooms, bathtubs a plus. Most of the staff were fabulous except for one who told me she would not help me unless I calmed down. I did not think this very professional behavior.

The property is overpriced and does not make sense to pay that much for one night. Also the hotel does not have basic amenity like microwave and coffee maker in the room. When such hotels make a claim of 4 star such basic things should be there. I would say Mariott and Hampton are way much better than Hotel Caza. Please do not stay here
