The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. My only issues were minor: not being able to switch on the bathroom exhaust fans, and having to log in to the Wi-Fi constantly.

For the price it’s about as well as you are gonna do in San Francisco. It’s a decent no frills hotel that is still properly outfitted for a business traveler. Close to transport and a safe neighborhood.

Great area and very friendly staff. Loved the breakfast each morning. Good location from lots of San Francisco sites. Parking area was a tight fit but was manageable to park.

Jonathan was helpful and courteous. The breakfast area was not cleaned very well every table dirty and difficult to navigate so crowded. Parking is difficult in the garage and expensive. Not a good value and the rooms are not serviced at all during longer stays.

Comfortable rooms and good as a base location accommodation, and met basic needs. Paid for a good view, high room. Free complementary breakfast was a nice addition but can get crowded at certain times. Helped us start out on a busy days sightseeing. Car Parking with charges was helpful & secure, but space was tight for larger rental vehicle. Generally didn't venture out after dark on foot in San Francisco.
