The most horrible hotel I've stayed at in the US. It was overpriced, had a poor breakfast, a rough parking space, and again overpriced. The front desk told me my room would not be cleaned until I checked out. Room service opened my door with a spare key while I was inside the room. I was also given a different room from the one I booked upon arrival, but I insisted on getting the room type I reserved. I am a frequent traveler to the San Francisco Bay Area, but I won't be staying here again.

For the price the hotel was not worth it. The parking garage was extremely tight. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast that was offered. The room could’ve been cleaner, the towels were cheap, and the bedding was thin. You are literally only paying for being in the city and maybe the view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We stayed in the area over a week and I’m thankful we only did one night here. The bathroom was also extremely tight. After staying at other locations this one could’ve been cleaner. The corners and carpet needed some attention.

Really a good budget friendly accommodation. It’s centrally located to everything and was the cheapest parking I could find with a parking garage - large vehicles aren’t going to fit. It was comfy, clean, and staff were so nice. They have a decent free breakfast. Only issue was the AC never really got cold, but it’s end of May so it wasn’t that hot. It’s a solid place.

I always stay at this Comfort Inn when I go to San Francisco, to visit my daughter. It's walking distance (15 min) to Union Street, full of restaurants and stores, and 20 minutes to Chestnut Street in the Marina District, where my daughter lives. The hotel has a welcoming lobby to which I enjoy coming back every night. The breakfast room is ample and sunny. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff is always helpful. It's a place where I feel comfortable all throughout my stay and am always happy to come back to.
