The staff and building were nice. Good breakfast. My room was on the ground floor with the window facing the road. It was a bit noisy. In addition I could hear footsteps in the adjacent and higher rooms. There were issues with the AC.

The hotel is in an amazing location in S.F. the breakfast is beyond amazing but the only compliant I have is the bathroom was too small. Other than that I would stay at the Riu again.
