Our shower head would fly off the hook every time we turned it on - and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The water pressure was also so hard it felt like needles piercing our skin every time we stood under it. The beds were also very very hard - almost as if we were sleeping on the base of the bed not an actual mattress.

Despite the relatively good ratings, we came to a room that had blood and mystery stains on both the bedding and towels. The staff was quick to replace items. However, for a small room that costs over $250, we would have appreciated clean linen. The bed was also difficult to sleep on, like a board.
