I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not return. The environment felt loud and unsafe, there were people screaming late at night, and a random person repeatedly knocked on our door, which was very unsettling. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. we could clearly hear people in the rooms on both sides of us, as well as every time someone used the restroom nearby.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of the beds had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, we could not properly control the air conditioning, which added to the discomfort throughout the night.
Check-in was also frustrating. The front desk attendant seemed very flustered while checking us in and juggling phone calls, and she came across as having an attitude when speaking on the phone.
We booked our stay from Friday to Sunday, but after one night of barely sleeping, we ended up booking a different hotel for the remainder of our trip and accepted losing the final night we had already paid for. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
