BAD!

The hallways and rooms are extremely humid. We got a way smaller room than what we had payed for and got told that they just didn’t have rooms like the pictures we bought. Elevators sounds like it’s gonna get stuck. Extremely noisy and bad insulated. We’re very disappointed.

Had a good experience with the Grant Hotel. the rooms were quite charming. However the twin mattresses could be replaced as I believe they may be due for a swap. Other than that we really liked the location and services that the hotel provided.

I just had an amazing stay at the Grant Plaza Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and fresh everything felt. It’s clear they’ve recently remodeled, and the modernized interiors made my stay so much more comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and they happily answered all my questions especially about nearby discount parking. One of my favorite things about this hotel is its location! It’s surrounded by tons of great dining options and just a short walk to many unique shops and restaurants in Chinatown. Whether you're visiting for work or just for fun, this hotel is a perfect home base. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, updated place to stay with wonderful service!

very small room, no climate control (radiator would heat the room only in the evening), shower head very low (I had to duck to wash).Room generally clean but the hotel was very dated.
