Beds were not soft, no air conditioning. Cleaning was great, but did notice some stains on carpet. The weather was great so No air conditioner needed. Staff was professional and heldul. I came on Superbowl weekend so it was a great trip close to all events, & shopping, subways. Trolly

The hotel is built in a very old building, its facilities are old, they don’t even provide coffee machine for making coffee or hot water, the bath towel looks bad and old. But this hotel is located at the center of San Francisco area, and very convenient, it close by the finance district, China Town and shopping area

Loved the area, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean - Be sure to bring and eye mask and earplugs. I like my room pitch black for sleeping but the hall lights leaked through the space under and around the door. The only real fault is that there was a musty smell (like an old home) that was so strong that it came home on my bags and some of my clothes. I used peppermint oil while I was there for the sheets and blankets - I keep it in my bag at all times when traveling for just such occasions and to repel bugs. Walking distance to so many great stores and restaurants... I can't name them all. Bonus there is a cute Coffee shop right next door. The Catholic elementary school is just a block or so away so the area is pretty darn safe.
