Good hotel close to the city

Pros: This hotel is very central staff were very good
This hotel is very central to the city and is very easy to get around you can walk around and. Catch public transport .

Clean, honest, great location

Great location not far from Union Square and very close to all major car rental depots. Friendly helpful staff, rooms excellent - good beds, roomy bathroom, high quality furnishings and linen. WiFi *much* better than typical: fast and reliable connections (included in cost in my case at least). They provided a hot-water kettle so we could make ourself a cup of tea. Note that they don't have an in-house kitchen - the dining room is now a self-managed restaurant so you can go there for breakfast and other meals or go to one of the many cafes or restaurants nearby, and recommend meal delivery services if you want room-service. I'd be very happy to stay here next time I'm in SF.

City area walking a few blocks from Union Square

Really enjoyed our stay. They staff were so friendly and approachable. No request was ever too much trouble.
