When we arrived, the elevators weren’t working. We were able to walk the 5 flights. The manager mumbled something about making it right for us but never followed through. The hotel felt nearly abandoned. It’s brand new and did feel quite clean but that did not stop it from feeling depressing. Decor both in and out of the room is minimal.

Our stay was terrible, 3 of 4 elevators were broken and the room had absolutely nothing in it but a bed. It's renovated but bare minimum.

Not quite sure how expensive it is to fix elevators . But 1 elevator working out of 4 is ridiculous and then to have to use the service elevator instead is unacceptable. Please fix your elevators I’m going to do a bad review on Tik tok

Well - I read the reviews in advance of booking and still took a chance on the hotel. On reaching the hotel, the staff member who checked us in pretty quickly regaled us with fact-free trumpian stories about illegal immigrant drug dealers so we were off to a rocky start. The location was ideal for the show we were going to see at the Bill Graham auditorium. We did reserve a high floor, which had a great view of city hall - this was lovely. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom had alot of mold in the grout in the shower and on the floors which was disconcerting. The air handling in the room was really really loud, there were odd constant pinging noises all the time in the room. The bed was soft and had thin down or down alternative pillows which is our preference, so nice here. There are tons of good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner but in the market area of the city, alot of the restaurants don't have bathrooms for customer use, which is odd and inconvenient. I was on the fence when I booked it - wouldn't book it again given other options - there are lots of hotels in this area, so try a different one.

The room stuff Everything is old, the shower stuff is broke. Are conditioner is old and loud. The elevator is out of use 4 of 3. When I wait for the elevator taking forever. Bad experience for 4 star hotel. Doesn't qualify as a four-star hotel

Fifthly Hotel

First the door keys never worked even after having them replaced 4 times. Second upon entering the room the beds looked as if someone had slept in them and no one changed the sheets. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and the soap was open and shower was dirty. After asking for a new room I was told they didn't have another room. The cleaning lady refused to clean the room. After going to the front desk two time someone finally came to clean the room. I really felt I should have received a discount on the room and they told me they couldn't and I would be charged full price. I will never stay here again and I highly don't recommend. There was many guess who was at the front desk complaining about their rooms.

Perfect hotel if you are attending something at the Bill Graham Auditorium because you can walk there within minutes. It made it very convenient. Parking was easy and onsite. I felt safe leaving my car there. The reason why I didn’t rate this place higher is because our room didn’t have a dresser for us to unpack in. There was also a lot of stains on the carpet. It could be due to it being a light colored carpet, but it didn’t look very clean because of it. I also didn’t get a portion of my deposit back for no reason. We left the room clean, left before checkout, I paid for parking beforehand, so there is no reason it should have been withheld.

Very disappointed with our stay. I was expecting a 4 star hotel as shown online. During our stay, there was only 1 working elevator. The carpets were stained throughout the hotel and the windows were dirty.
