Room was great , a junior suite, but climate control was less than great. We travelled all day and ordered room service for dinner, it was awful: food came to the room in plastic take out containers with plastic cutlery, there were limited options for food and what came was far below what I would expect from a newer Hyatt staying in a suite. Ordered a bottle of brut and it came without glasses and there were none in the room. Not a good way to end our day.
