Parking was a little pricey. Most of my stay, only one of the elevators worked. The options for food was good. The hotel restaurants were pricey but good. The beds were comfy. The bathroom door would get stuck sometimes.

When we arrived to check in, our room wasn’t ready. I was told it would just be a short wait, but after about 25 minutes, I returned to the front desk to check in again. At that point, another staff member was able to assign us a room right away, which left me wondering why that couldn’t have been done initially. We were not told which tower our room was in and had to wonder around to find our room. After a long tiring day at Disney, we were a bit disappointed with the check-in experience and overall service upon arrival. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable—pretty standard for a hotel. The biggest perk was the location, right next to the airport, which was super convenient for our early morning flight. The property overall felt nice and welcoming.

Not good. I paid 27 dollars for parking and a 61 dollar charge showed up in my American Express. Nobody was helpful. Overpriced hotel for the service.
