Bed comfortable, toilet barely worked - needed to flush 4-5 times to operate, plugs were so overused that my electronics would not stay affixed so they would not work like I needed, staff at checkout barely awake, shower head water flow was barely adequate. I,e, the stay was at best “meh”.

When I checked in I was charged $100 over the price I had from here. The price here was already much higher than going direct and I just did it so I could refund it due to the fires. I wound up paying double what the other people I travelled with for the same room.

Excellent hotel, newly remodeled, and a great location. The staff were all pleasant as well as helpful! Would not hesitate in staying here once again, within walking distance of the Queen Mary.
