Location was pretty good. The valet attendants were super great. The breakfast was pretty good. Kids loved the waffles. Cookies and milk at night is a fun treat. It was great that you guys offered the free shuttles into burbank for shopping/food.

Hotel was absolutely above any expectations we had for our short stay. Upon arriving the coffee/tea bar with freshly made cookies was a small but amazing touch. As for the Rooms they were very clean, spacious and up to date. We loved the complementary items as we ourselves forgot a few things. The Continental breakfast was out also something worth noting with so many different options and freshness. Our family loved the stay and we can’t wait to book another trip again.

Location is great for Universal Studios hollywood. About 4 miles away. Not much parking and they will tell you to park outside inbthe street but most of the area is red. The door to the room was chipped by the locked if someone broke in the room before.

It seemed as if room was part of the adjacent I-5 freeway. There seemed as if there were no noise barriers. Absolutely worst noise in any hotel room I stayed (and I’ve stayed in multiple tier 1 and tier 2 hotels.
