upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others.

I liked that they had the pool on the second floor. The water in the shower turned cold sometimes and was shocking but other than that everything else was perfect.

I gave this hotel an “ okay” rating. I did not feel good or bad about it. It was just okay. I did not know you had to request housekeeping to get them to clean your room ( I thought they just did it each day). When I came in for the night I thought I would have fresh towels. My room was untouched, trash still full etc. I had to call for towels which was fine, just thought it was standard. Maids did not say hello in halls which I’m use to at most hotels. Seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I would say good morning and maybe only 1 out of 3 responded.
