The room had 2 beds, one very hard and the other absolutely intolerable with springs poking up. Had to buy mattress topper just to make it thru 3 days since staff couldn't do anything. No luggage rack, no blankets only sheets (the so-called duvet was just a sheet), no extra TP roll, only 2 towels, pop tart "breakfast," trash overflowing, hot tub jets not effective, cigarette butts on hallway floor. Staff were nice as had to ask for much of the stuff already mentioned but shouldnt have to ask for a luggage rack at a motel. Movie being filmed nearby so parking very limited (maybe Bates Motel Sequel?).

Great place. Quiet clean safe. What more do you need??? there was a large event in the grand room downstairs and it didn’t affect me or my parking or pool time or nothing. The place is big enough and built out of concrete so it’s nice and peaceful.

The room was sub-par. The older lady at the front desk was pretty rude. They start cleaning the rooms before checkout…gave me the feeling of being rushed. The best part about this place is definitely the pool. A lot of places claim to have a heated pool and then it ends up being cold when you get there. But NOT Glendale Express! My family was in the pool in December until they closed the pool at 10pm. I aLeo enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby. They play oldies music and the whole place has a vintage vibe.

Staff was good but the room with the bunk bed was odd. Issues with multiple plugs. Only a small table for a flat surface. The hot water took a solid 12 minutes to get to the room and the tub floor was 6-8 inches higher than the floor so you almost fall out every time. Drain issue with the tub.

We found a cockroach in the hotel room immediately upon entering. the dingiest and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. The room was super run down and looked like something out of a horror movie. Not exaggerating. we immediately grabbed our bags and asked for a refund and left. Pay the premium to stay at a decent, clean, and reputable hotel.
