We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Universal. The location is unbeatable for visiting the park. The best part of our experience was the staff. We arrived at 9 AM after a 5-hour drive, and they were kind enough to let us check in early. This was a fantastic and welcome surprise that made the start of our trip so much better. Hotel isn’t clean and is very out dated. House keeping came at 8am banging on our door after Halloween horror night event is going on knowing people have stayed up very late. I have never stayed anywhere that has done that. Very upsetting to be jolted awake like that. Parking is very expensive and on top of that they added a “parking tax”??? Hello? 10% parking tax. So it’s $55 a night to park on top of the over $300 per night. Very expensive for what you get. Will not be returning

A great option if you are going to Universal studios. Iconic hotel I highly recomend it. I hope in the future my family and I can go to this hotel again.
