Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Was greeted by a friendly associate and acknowledged for my Bonvoy Silver status, which was nice. They were able to move us to a high floor with a fantastic view. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Room was clean and well-laid out. Easy walk to Universal Studios and City Walk. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was quite good.

We were in floor 20 and there was a party on floor 21. The music was so loud that even the walls were thumping. The music stopped at midnight but then the partygoers were outside so loud as they went back to their rooms that around 1am I had to call to complain. It’s ridiculous that we paid so much for a room and couldn’t get a decent night’s rest. The view, however, was spectacular. The room was average, not impressive. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel. The amenities and room were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us since we went to Universal Studios and City Walk. Would have given excellent rating but the room didn’t have enough lighting or mirrors in room area. Would stay again and recommend.

Jeff fr front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The valet guy was very nice and helpful letting you know options that is best for customers as we are thinking of either doing self parking or valet service. Sorry i wasn’t able to get his name. He welcomed us back with a smile. Makes you feel welcomed. Best spot to stay when you want to go nearby studio city. Glad we stayed overnight. Worth it!
