I was so excited to stay here, but it was less than friendly to the disabled. Not a single soul asked to help with anything despite my obvious struggles with my cane and bags. No instructions on how to get to the theme park so I ended up walking to and from. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, as well as I found mold in my shower and baseboards. Couldn’t order room service and I could never get the menu to load. My internet service was fine so not sure what happened with that. The shower held water so I was in standing water half my shower. Major disappointment.

Great Place for Weekend Trip

The hotel interior is gorgeous and in close proximity to places we wanted to visit. There was also a courtesy shuttle to Universal Studios, which was very helpful. There is a daily parking fee so whether you choose to take some sort of ride service or park at the amusement park, you’re going to pay about $30-$50 regardless. We arrived a bit earlier than we anticipated and we were able to check in a few hours early, which was extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and a sized well for our family. The restroom amenities were plentiful. I don’t think there were enough towels for a family of four, but we did not request more. We were hoping to do laundry before we came home, but there aren’t any laundry facilities at this hotel. We were on the same level as the gym and swimming pool so that was pretty convenient. Location was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Classic place to stay when visiting Universal parks. Nice stay, comfortable beds.
