The lobby staff is very nice. My only issue is housekeeping. I know that they come every 3 days, but there's never enough amenities. Not enough clean towels, not enough bathroom tissue and when I asked a housekeeper for things items she refused and said that I had to go to the lobby and request them. I'm disabled and walking to the lobby is a challenge for me. I've tried calling the lobby but there's never an answer. I love staying here, it's quiet and a good place, I just need a little my help.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The staff provided inaccurate information and minimal assistance throughout my stay. The facility was in poor condition-rooms were dusty, the heating and air conditioning systems weren't functioning, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor. Additionally, the surrounding area had safety concerns that weren't apparent from the listing. Despite booking two nights, the conditions were so unsuitable that I had to find alternative accommodations, making this a complete waste of money. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this property to others. This experience has also diminished my confidence in Expedia's vetting process. I believe the platform should ensure listing photos accurately represent current property conditions, as the images shown don't reflect the actual state of this facility.

Do not stay at this hotel! The only thing good about it was the room was clean. I did not feel safe! Door was broken Curtains didn’t cover window. People walking by could see into my room. Everything in the room was broken from lights to outlets. I wanted a refund and move to another hotel!!
