The first room 250 the bed was hard the phone charger was broke the care and workmanship was very poor. Second stay 253 the large mirror in the bathroom was loose the tub had two large chips and the phone charger again did not work

This property was clean, the room was spacious, and the area was within walking distance to a cute, revamped area with lots of shops and restaurants. This part of the San Bruno area felt very safe.

The pictures made it look much nicer. It was ok but just average. There are a lot of things that were shabby looking, like scratched walls, gaps and broken areas on the flooring, doors were scuffed and looked bad, bathtub was old and I didn’t even want to sit in it. On a positive note, the staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. If I gave the review on just the staff it would be excellent. The property just needs to be fixed up but for a one night between flight and leaving for a cruise, it was fine.

An overnight stay after a late flight into SFO. Shuttle airport pickup was on time as advertised, however the driver forgot to drop us off first. Limited food options, stay away from the Wendy's it is was truly terrible; typically I very much like Wendy's. Service was quick and efficient, if not very friendly.

This is a great place for us since we got in to SFO at midnight. We didn’t want to drive far. It was easy to find, easy to park, service was great. Free coffee. The only thing that could have been better were the pillows.

Very disappointed with our stay. Maybe a misunderstanding but after a 15 hour plane flight we landed, went thru immigration and then found out he hotel only had one shared shuttle every hour and we would have to wait 50 minutes as we had just missed it. Paid 30.00 for an UBER as we were exhausted and it was very late. Hotel room had a bad odor and was in need of some upkeep. Plus was comfortable bed and relatively quiet. Next morning had to pay for an UBER again as the shuttle service only ran at 4:10 AM and 5:10 AM which was either way too early or too late for our flight. Do NOT stay here if you expect this free service to be efficient!

What I like about this area is that it’s close to the sfo Airport. Many restaurants to choose from that’s walking distance in the area and the room that I stayed in was nice.
