Unfriendly staff, not helpful when I called to let them know my TV wasn't working. There were tears in the lamp shades, splotches of paint trying to cover up scuff marks all the way down the hallway.

Good room. Good price. Noisy on the street but acceptable. Relatively clean. A bit remote from the BART station (good walk with 2 convenience stores on the way) but close to Caltrain. Convenient bus stop in front of the hotel. Few shops around but more at BART shopping center and on Camino Real. Took my payment a few weeks before the stay although it was supposed to be paid at the hotel.
