Me and my Husband travel alot. The bed is not comfy but for a cheap price this is our go to hotel when we come to San Francisco. They even serve breakfast in the mornings.

The airport shuttle is limited to 5-10am and 5-10pm even though check-in starts at 3pm. We had to take a taxi after our flight landed at 3pm.

Crappy hotel in a crappy location. Bare minimum room with terrible lighting, zero sink counter space, transportation with minimum operating hours. Not especially clean.

Close to public transport train and bus. There was no shuttle bus service at times, no access to drinking water as vending machine not working and machine with water only available for breakfast. No fridge in the room, limited room to place luggage.

When I hav a reservation ! The first thing I go do is pull down the sheets in the room. I found 2 hairs in the sheets! We called the lobby and they changed our room ASAP!
