My stay exceeded my expectations. The check in was painless. The staff was friendly. Downloading the app was a plus. Rooms were clean and the views were amazing. We had a bay view room. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely will revisit!

Would definitely stay there again!! Beautiful atrium lobby. Had nice selection of snack choices. Size-able suite room. Breakfast choices were amazing!! Foam in pillows were in pieces. Register in snack shop was broken. Had to pay at front desk.

Great check in experience

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and really helped us. He was able to get us a great room with an amazing view and checked in early. He was very informative and really nice.

We used this hotel because it had a convenient free airport shuttle. The courtyard was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant bar on site.

Beautiful atrium, great access to walking trail, very friendly staff. Would recommend putting towel racks in the bathroom. TV reception was spotty, especially the sound. Overall, very good and would stay here again. Mahalo!

The rooms were clean and the lobby was well maintained, but several issues made the overall stay disappointing. The mattresses were extremely worn, with springs that could be felt through them, making sleep uncomfortable. Staffing also appeared to be inadequate, as the tables in both the breakfast area and the outdoor patio were sticky and left uncleaned. The air conditioning system functioned only intermittently, adding to the discomfort. Breakfast service was also poorly managed, with an excessively long line at the omelette station. Opening a second counter would greatly improve speed and convenience for guests.

Even though the property was old, they kept very clean. My grandchildren love Embassy Suites Burlingame. For them is a tradition, when they visit us from NY, we have to spend 1 or 2 nights at the Embassy Suites. Thank you
