The location cannot be beaten. Right on the beach. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Though our room did not have an ac it was cool enough with the window open and a fan. The sound from the restaurant/bar below was loud but ended early so it didn’t bother us. I would stay there again.

If you pay a little more for the ocean view the lack of other standard amenities like breakfast, pool, or gym pale in comparison. Yes, it’s noisy outside, that’s the point. It’s a lively beach boardwalk. I had such an amazing time coming in July from a coastal town in Washington and I hope to return someday.
