The first hotel was on the fourth floor, which was experiencing complete construction work on the hallways. I requested a move and they granted it I found the front desk staff in different and then professional. I didn’t like that they were the center of communication and yet they were unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not choose to stay at another Hampton hotel.

Everything was amazing! The staff, the area, the accommodations, the cleanliness. I would only leave a small disappointment regarding our view. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and we had paid extra for a balcony, only to find out our entire balcony was covered by a tree. When I mean entire; I mean entire. I would just suggest that the receptionist (or website) states that specific rooms have a blocked view. Maybe even use it as an “upgrade opportunity”.

Lovely hotel in a great location just mintes away from shops and Santa Monica pier. The room was very clean, and it has a nice rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi. We had a lovely 2 2 night stay here, and we recommend this hotel. n
