this place is no longer in business.I made a reservation when I got to the hotel, their doors were closed to all guests. They said they were no longer Honoring any reservations? I spent several hours trying to locate a place to stay with no help from Marriott.

Small and quaint hotel, clean and comfortably appointed, essentials, soaps, creams, coffee, tea, linens, all in room. Actual staffed lobby, easy valet parking, nice walkable location. Only negative bathroom “door” is a bifold, not very private, right next to bed. If traveling as three or 4, there is a sitting room with sofabed- but that bathroom “door” is an issue. Very polite staff/valet.

Good area to explore LA. Staff were great ( shout out to Gwynn for the ice ) I think it would benefit from some attention from corporate office - needs some basic maintenance and upkeep ( walls dinged up , scuffs and upkeep ) But overall a great location with good acess to public transportation . It would be nice if there were some partnership with the restaurant inside the building …

This is a quaint little hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. It is very clean. The roof top terrace was peaceful and quiet even knowing there was a lot of traffic traveling by the hotel. I loved the valet. One in particular was extremely accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

The code system for entering the building as well as my room malfunctioned repeatedly. There was no cleaning of the room, ie garbage removal, towel replacement, even though I stayed for five nights. I was informed at check-in that such service incurred an additional fee. I paid $225.00/a night for a room and facility that looked more like it should cost $150.00/night. The housekeeping staff congregated outside my door because my room was by the supply closet. Their talking was intrusive. The hotel itself shows its age: carpets in the room and hallways are stained, the walls have marks. My tub and sink were slow to drain. On the positive, the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I had to report a problem. They sent a plumber the same day to fix the drains. I know this is a three star hotel, but the facility is pretty rundown for the price they charged.

Nice, modest boutique hotel. Fit the bill for us. Rooms were small and bathroom even smaller but comfortable nonetheless. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Inner courtyard was a nice surprise, very cool. Would stay there again...

Do not book this hotel !

Check in started at 4 PM We got there at 4 and they charged us $30 to park the car which was not stated on line By the time we paid and got in it was 4:20 Asked for a room downstairs (I am 74) and we were told all were gone. Really, in 20 minutes? During our stay that evening and next morning we saw 3 (three people) We had to go upstairs and the hotel does not have an elevator Then started the fun opening the door. They give you a number and signs that you are supposed to open your door. No luck. The attendant came up to open the door At Night you want to sleep?? Think again. Both sides open to the streets. Much noise!! Do not come here if you want a nice place !!!
