Airport shuttle was fine. Impersonal big hotel - line to get checked in. Missed not having an alarm clock in the room and the wake up call system was not working so I had to ask the front desk to provide the call for my early morning wakeup to catch an early flight.

Comfortably quiet next to the airport. Shuttle easy to catch. Nice bar with good food. Our TV wasn’t working but they sent someone to fix it and offered to change rooms

This hotel checks all your boxes. Lovely.

Perfect comfort delicious and easy stop. Clean with very helpful staff. This was our pit stop between Africa and drive home to NorCal. We really love how wonderful the beds were. A new best practice for my travels..loved watching the planes on the runway while enjoying a beautiful meal.

Checking in was a breeze. Went to our executive suite and it was nothing like the pictures. Pictures made it seem cute and romantic. It's a little dated, but comfy and spacious. We had a small bite to eat at the restaurant before heading into SF. Food was great and our waitress Jessica was so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back, but next time we will book a regular room with a Bayview.

The room was clean and the walk in shower was perfect for my balance issues. The mattress was saggy on one end and needs replacement. The check in person was most helpful by finding my Marriot Bonvoy number so I could have free internet. Starbucks in hotel convenient. Shuttle had courteous and helpful drivers.
