Yes, everything was terrible. Most of the outlets did not work, the shower gel was empty and had a few drops, no microwave in the room, the lobby one was so small that we had to heat things in small batches, was told parking will not be chaeged at checkout found I was charged. Checkout was at noon and the room service folks are knocking at the door at 9:00 even though the sign was on…I could go on

My stay at DoubleTree was extremely disappointing. There was constant noise from cleaning and maintenance, which made it impossible to relax. The room was dirty and clearly not prepared properly for guests. On top of that, the customer service was bad and unprofessional. When I brought up the issues, no one seemed to care or try to fix the situation. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff did the best they could to help accommodate us. The condition wasn’t good when we first arrived but they did their best to communicate and made our experience better
