The view of the bay, from a bay view room! Airplanes landing constantly at SFO and I loved watching it. The hotel room is clean, nice, and very quiet. Also, we loved having a microwave and a fridge. The breakfast was also very nice, even for a vegetarian. The decision to choose this was made ultimately based on the free parking.

Bayfront Bliss

Bayfront Bliss – A Hidden Gem That Goes Above and Beyond! Before we even arrived, Bay Landing Hotel was already making a great impression. I had a few questions before our trip, and the woman who answered the phone was a total gem—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to feel welcomed before you even check in! When my wife and I pulled in hours before our check-in time just to drop off luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to hear, “Your room’s ready—want to head up now?” Yes, please! That early check-in was unexpected and very appreciated. The hotel itself is in a great location—peaceful, with a gorgeous view of the bay—and parking is free and plentiful. (Anyone familiar with Bay Area hotel parking knows what a gift that is.) We felt totally safe leaving our car there throughout our stay. Our room overlooked the bay, and every morning we woke to the sun rising over the mountains—easily one of the most peaceful ways to start a day. We’d grab a cup of the free 24/7 coffee (a daily essential), take in the view, and just breathe. Breakfast each morning was another highlight: clean, comfortable seating, friendly staff, hot coffee, and a genuinely tasty spread. And speaking of convenience, the free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to—no weird logins or hidden fees. Just open your device and go. They also offer a free shuttle to SFO, which we didn’t use but definitely appreciated knowing it was there. One of our favorite little features was the bayfront walkw
