Breakfast was well-done with a variety of food choices. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom fan was not working, the phone message light would not turn off, bedspread was old, windows were not clean. Could use some upgrades. Shuttle service to SFO was timely and drivers were helpful.

We did not have the included breakfast as we were were meeting friends outside. The room was large and clean. We landed too late to catch a cnnecting flight so had to stay a night. We had stayed there overnight before. Its well priced, clean and the rooms were quite spacious. Shame the airport shuttle service did not run later in the evening, especially for some international flight arrivals. It ticks all the boxes for that I need in an airport hotel.

This hotel was really great. Let us check in early. Room was spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Stayed only one night for proximity to airport but really enjoyed our stay.

Airport proximity is wonderful

Perfect for a quick stay to be close to the SFO airport. We did not get a chance to partake in breakfast or the sights of the bay as we only stayed over night to get an early flight but it was comfortable and clean. All we needed!

Excellent breakfast with great selection. Lovely walk along the water. Large room with awesome view of the bay. The hotel is right on the bay and you can watch planes land. Even though it's close to the airport it's very quiet. Great front desk staff. The room was comfortable but the wallpaper was dated.

Clean room, mattress was needing a replacement, had to get housekeeping to flip the mattress as it was pretty soft to sleep on. They came in without any problems. Hotel has free shuttle to airport, SF harbour front is a 30 min drive unfortunately. Stayed two nights and enjoyed touring the city

A beautiful hotel that’s nearby the airport. The shuttle was easy to use and very efficient. It’s important to note that if you have an early morning flight you need to be downstairs before 4:15am to catch the first shuttle because it will leave at 4:15 and the next one doesn’t come until 45 minutes later. Otherwise, fabulous hotel and I would happily stay there again!
