I was disappointed in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and had a street view from our balcony. The bathroom was for the disabled and the floor flooded every time we had a shower. My vanity bag was on the floor initially, as there was no room on the vanity to place it. The floor was not shaped specifically for runoff. There was no coffee table in the lounge for placing drinks, books etc. /if the room was meant for disabled access, why was it 180 steps from the lift? I must say the staff were wonderful though.

Shower wasn’t clean, balcony had moss growing. Bergeron tv didn’t work no signal all 3 days.. Staff were clearly not expecting us.. when I said I had a booking they gave us a filthy look. Like we didn’t belong.. ok clearly not a “rich person look” but that doesn’t make us less of a guest.. when we asked where breakfast was served. Different staff member needed to check our booking prior to giving us information. We had stated we were booked for breakfast. Requiring to check our booking first made us feel uncomfortable like we hadn’t booked.

The room we were in was dated and need of a refresh The reception staff were not very helpful and appeared as though they wished they were somewhere else We asked for our room kettle to be relaced because it was full of scale we are still waiting.

We had enquired and had be told that bathrobes were provided but they were not provided. No air fresheners in any bathrooms and exhaust fan did not work in bathrooms

The staff, especially the reception staff were helpful, knowledgeable with personality plus. The room was great as was all the amenities. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was had to walk outside to go to the bar overall had a fantastic holiday. Would really recommend it.

We've stayed here before and it is a lovely location. The bar in the hotel never seems to be open though and no room service, so you have to go outside the hotel for everything food and beverage. Definitely room for improvement in the cleaning aspect, no internet or foxtel in the bedroom for the tv. And really dislike the shutters for the bathroom. No one wants to listen to the other person using the bathroom. The onsite complimentary parking is great.

The room was a little "tired" Peeling paint on the shutters and shutters broken and not on tracks... difficult to open and close. We enjoyed our mini break as always, but think it is about time some TLC was given to the rooms.

Great location and neat, though soulless. For a property like this TV service was laughable. It doesn’t work when it rains; just when you want it.
