Our property was very dirty. There was sand all over the washing machine and floor. Dust and dirt on the floor, the bathroom was also dirty with lots of hair in the bathtub drain. We had to go out and buy products and wipes to clean the place. There was no covid safety measures others than sanitiser stations by the lifts and wearing masks. The lifts were filthy and coffee spill against the doors and never cleaned the entire time of our stay. The hallways dirty as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The staff however, were friendly and helpful. The restaurants there are fantastic and the amenities great. There was no need to go out for anything as they have everything you need and this is perfect when you have kids. They also have plenty of underground parking which is great. For the price they charged, I excepted it to be at least clean. Cleanliness and comfort and extremely important to me when it comes to picking a resort. Finding out that these are all privately owned and mantra managing them explained why the condition of the resort was poor. It feels as it the whole property has been neglected.

The room was smelly, dated and worst of all I was put in a disabled room with a very average bathroom and lifting equipment.

Loved the people but the property looks like it needs a lot of maintenance done to it, there was holes in walls, rust and such..Although I did not use pool it looked lovely and restaurants were close by..

Great clean and tidy place. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very welcoming, only downfall was when checking in staff didn’t give me directions to room etc so got a little lost.

We enjoyed the quiet environment and apartment style accommodation and the nearby restaurants meaning we had no need to travel elsewhere for eating unless we chose to rather than needed to.
