Thank you for the upgrade as there were no studio rooms left but it still let us book one , so the upgrade was a nice touch , view to river and ocean was a bonus , cheers

You’re paying for the view - we stayed in a one bedroom ocean view apartment. The room wasn’t overly clean, sticky residue on coffee table, mould along bottom of curtains and an awful smell of smoke out in the corridor as if someone had been smoking in their room. Overall it sufficed our one night stay for an early trip to the airport but we won’t stay here again.

Best to travel with a portable Air conditioner as all lifts and hallways are above 24.c. The air conditioning within the building seems to be struggling with the services it is to supply. The air within the apartment struggles to provide any comfort..the temperature had to be reduced to its minimum yet still was not anywhere it should have been. A vent designed above the main bedroom is the only source of conditioned air. The main bedroom does not have a ceiling fan built in. BYO Aircon.

Gordon helped to prepare the room for my husbands birthday and he was wonderful. All the service staff were brilliant. The food/breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was so clean and beautiful in the whole hotel. Congratulations everyone!

Clean room, comfortable bed and lots of appliances available. But the hair dryer did blow up this morning when I went to use it. Maybe regular electrical checks are needed to avoid any unwanted accidents.

The front of house staff who attended to me had an attitude. Was not willing to honour my request for twin beds - which was requested at the time of booking. Was blaming Expedia. Said Expedia does not send through requests. Will never visit this property again.
