I can't rate my stay, as I tried to cancel my stay Pacific Bay Resort as I was sick and went home. I tried to contact Wotif to cancel booking and found it was so hard to contact to cancel booking. This will be the last time I use Wotif because of process to cancel bookings.

The restaurant is excellent with catering for allergies. I have Coeliac Disease (allergic to gluten/wheat) It was wonderful to be able to dine at the resort. I would highly recommend Pacific Bay Resort Coff’s Harbour👌
