Good to stay at the Fairmont but I think the property is looking a bit tired in laces. The new menu at Embers is vastly overpriced and not value for money. I would not recommend it. The staff also tried to charge me twice for a room I had already paid for. The pool area is good and water temperature excellent.

I was very disappointed in the overall interiors of the property. It is old and soul less and needs a big overhaul. There is no cosy atmosphere and the rooms are basic and empty from any character or luxury. This is good brand and it certainly does not live up to the name. The exterior surrounding grounds are beautiful in its location.

A very nice and lovely place. Exellent service Exellent hotel are complete coffee shop bar for drinks resturants swimming pool Golf couse. Lovely and Perfect place for to stay for holidays all are Execellent and complete.

This place have everything you need to entertain your kids without even leaving the resort. Kids love it and can’t wait to come back. 1 night just isn’t white enough. Highly recommend 2 minimum. We will be back… However, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and a lot of people were in the same boat. They just kept turning us away saying it wasn’t ready, or making us wait while they went to go and inspect the room. We wasted about 1.5 hours because of this process. I assume it’s low staff numbers with sickness but not even a drink was offered to apologize. You just expect better service when you pay too dollar for a basic room.

It was like a cruise ship on land. Staff were slow and property is dated, was an impressive place 20 years ago, not so flash now.

We went for a breakaway. Peace and quiet. We up sized our room with a spa bath. As I was unable to walk well i needed to walk along way to get to our room.Next time I will be ensuring I get a room on ground floor...We had a lovely break there...

My wife and I were very disappointed with our stay. The room had a strong smell of fresh paint. We could not get reservations in the main restaurant either night and the room service menu was pathetic. On two occasions we tried to get coffees in the cafe and both times the espresso machine was not working. Breakfast was a feeding frenzy of families and young children running around unsupervised. Our experience was not what we expected of an Accor property and would not recommend to anyone.
