It is difficult to respond to a review that is anonymous. There are 3 separate accommodations at St. Raphael, Convent, Chapel & Priest's Cottage.Which are you referring to? Other reviews have not stated what this review says. We have a 24 hour service call arrangement and one has to imagine [as it is not stated] a recent stay. No contact except pleasant good byes were registered in the last month. If you intend to make a product better both for yourself and other guests please have the strength of purpose to identify the elements of your negativity... Was it the lawns as we have had torrential downpour or something else? Was it the garden renovation? as this can only be achieved when the weather subsides? Hope whenever you make a negative review you at least explain the components of your negativity. ... lastly no guest should tolerate poor maintenance so why not be in touch when you discover it rather than tolerate it. Hi Peter, Thank you for the time and effort to post a review.. The internet is a problem for us especially in certain weather conditions and despite the fact we have had experts address the issue and have installed boosters it is still intermittent[probably once a week it is significant I know as i use the same service] I guess it is the Mountains area as other places get similar reviews which are discussed at Tourism forums.
