Opened the door to our room and people were in room. The reception didn’t even know the names of the people in that room when I went back to tell them the room was already occupied. Rug in the lounge area dirty and sticky. Cups were dirty. Under the vanity in bathroom dirty with an old razor a brush I think and something else. Someone sick under the lounge along with other stuff. Staff at front desk short and not overly accommodating even if the room mix up.

Check in and check out was awkward and mildly helpful. Adequate parking near the room. Room was great. A nice balcony as well. No power point in main bedroom but there was one in the hallway. Not enough towels. (only two) Shower had great old school pressure, but the outlet may need attention. Restaurant was nice and the staff where attenuative.
