One of the most uncomfortable stays for us. The aircon in our room was not working (30⁰). We spoke to reception and asked if someone could please look at it while we were out for dinner. Came back to aircon still not working only to find out that noone had actually attended to investigate. Left us not being able to sleep as it was far to hot in the room. Staff were lovely on checkout though and accommodated free breakfast to make up for the room. We would have preferred to sleep though. Other facilities great, great location, plenty to see and do- and staff were friendly.

We were over charged for the stay it was $1690 for 2 bed rooms unit with no air a conditioner in the bedrooms Kmart fans full of dust and rust , filthy sofa’s and kitchen appliances. Some tried to open our door without knocking said she assumed it was vacant-so not secured very disappointed. Checked out 1 day early due to all these issues

The room was clean and the room service was very good. When we came back from outside on next day, the bedding was same as we just checked in. The cleaning service is very good! Location is very convenient. Highly recommend the parking garage downstairs. The street parking was always full.

Family suite was awesome but lacked a bit, no lamps in living room or kids room. Everything else about our stay was awesome, great central location, walk to everything, we didn’t use our car the whole week we stayed. Lots of restaurant choices around and the buffet breakfast was great.

Room not serviced properly on day 2. Flying cockroach in the room on the first night and insect on the second night. Boiling water meant to be used for tea wasn’t hot and neither was brewed coffee in the breakfast room. The attended did replace the tea though. Enjoyed the spa and the location is great.

We were in a big newly renovated room with a balcony facing the water which was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is very handy to shops and restaurants. Pool/spa very nice not really deep so can walk all around it. Fabulous stay.
