check in was painless and easy. kids loved the place. its not a 5 star hotel but the cabin was great grounds were clean, bush feel and oultook, all in "suburbia", tall trees parrots wikd ush turkeys, sounds of frogs. very close to town for supplies, beaches, koala hospital. food ac and heating, had a kitchenette with 2 hob stove, we had bread and hams cheeses etc, so no cooking as we ate out for evenings, great eatery and watering hole ( ie pub) next door. not overly noisy at all. cabin was clean, athroom okay size, hit water good, never experienced running out, 1 person showers, then gets dressed, next person showers, etc, worked out well for our family of 4. we kept to 5-10min showers though, not soakings, and hot was hot! only needed to turn on a little then mix in the cold, perfect!

Simple process, staff were welcoming. Cabin was clean however the 3 bunks weren’t made which was fiddly to do myself with current injuries. I was surprised that only a flat sheet was provided for each bed rather than a fitted one which would’ve been far more helpful. The blankets were just a throw over rather than something warmer considering the nights are colder & there were no extra blankets left as a precaution which was a little disappointing. Overall good value for money&close 10min walk to the beach.

NEVER AGAIN!
We booked for 2 nights after staying at Gold Coast heading back to Sydney just to have some rest and check out the town. The area was quiet but the conditions were very bad. Bad smell very old mattresses it was like sleeping on uneven springs no toiletries . And then that’s when I decided to leave a day earlier. RUBBISH !!!

We booked the family cottage based on the photos and reviews however we were very disappointed. The accommodation was not clean and there was a very strong odor throughout. There were dead flies and cockroaches on the window seals, one of the bedrooms did not have a fly screen for the window restricting ventilation & ceiling fans made a loud noise causing a disrupted sleep not to mention that the bedding was also uncomfortable. The bathroom was not functional as the vanity sink was extremely high was not suitable for children. The lounges were dirty/stained which were attempted to be covered by an even dirtier blanket. Decor was old and dysfunctional. After a 3 night stay, I would highly advise you to reconsider this park for your next holiday destination if you plan on staying in one of the cabins.

Park was small short drive to beach and town the rooms the glass sliding door didn’t lock the couch had a blanket thrown over it as it was old and stained couldn’t get out off it when I sat down. Bathroom very small stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get a room service wouldn’t stay anymore then 1 night there
