Dirty toilet Dirty plates in cupboard Other units around obviously smoking on balcony The unit booked was meant to be an apartment with 3 beds but was given 2 single rooms. I was then told single beds couldn’t be made in these units so i was charged an extra $100 for the apartment. So overall disappointed.

I booked and paid for an Ocean View Room via Wot-If and I did NOT have this room. I was given a room over a spa / pool where a bunch of teenagers from 5 pm to 9 pm were yelling and screaming and then the following morning until 9.30 am, the same yelling and screaming where you could not even sit out on the balcony and have a cup of tea for breakfast. We had to have the balcony closed off and blinds down and sleep in a box. Not an enjoyable night and morning and a cell in Goulburn Goal would probably be more comfortable. Would I stay in your hotel again, No. I thought staying in a Mantra hotel would provide a certain level of comfort but I was mistaken. I was also completely mislead of the room that I paid for and I will lodge a complaint with the ACCC.
