The hotel wasn’t open to receive us on our booking day - 24.12.25. The reason they gave was we needed to let them know in advance we would check in a confirmed booking, which was for sure mentioned as a *special instruction in the email footer. As a hotel, no reminder, no courtesy emails and the hotel was absolutely empty no visible occupants in the rooms as well on our arrival. It is Expedia’s fault as well. Expedia had to deliberately make it clear - the SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Yes the Air conditioning was such that I didn't realise that was keeping the room cool - PERFECT. Obviously the wall upgrade need's completing but it didn't cause any issues ... Really liked staying and some of my family paid a huge amount of money whereas this property was a fraction of the cost and the bed was fabulous as was the service ... Valerie Jones

The rooms ar very small. We had the only ensuite bathroom. Rm 12 which is located over the beer garden the noise from patrons went on until around 2am. Patrons are allowed to smoke in the pokie rooms so cigarette smoke is very prominent (I thought smoking was banned in hotels but obviously not in NSW. There is a shared bathroom and toilet in the main hallway and most of the make guest used the toilet without closing the door. Overall pretty disgusting
