Room was spotless, amenities were ideal for what we wanted, we faced the main road, but it was super quiet and couldn't hear anything, the pool was clean and inviting my son enjoyed his swim. The staff on arrival were lovely and accommodating, the venue itself was clean and inviting. The breakfast on offer was amazing and fresh and hot. Locality was ideal close to everything we definitely will be back

Hotel and breakfast were good. To connect the TV to your streaming account, like Netflix, was overly complicated. Previously in hotels, you would just click the app and sign in. Now it's a complicated process of pairing your smartphone to the TV and going through a complicated process of casting the service. As such, we couldn't watch Netflix.

I paid for a canal room and the room was ok but the patio was next really close to the rooms next door and one of f my neighbours smoked non stop and I could smell it in my room. The soundproofing was poor and could hear people on either side talking/tv and the people above walking.

Very nice room with a wonderful view across the Clarence River. Our room was very well appointed and we loved having the coffee machine. The room was clean with a good sized bathroom and a great shower. Our bed was a king size and was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Yamba.
