Great place to stay. It was very clean and tidy. Just across the road from the beach. A little far from town centre but that’s ok. We had the room facing the pool and it’s lovely sitting on the porch.

We booked 3 rooms and asked to check in a bit early... we also asked if there was a toilet as we had just driven 5 hours and the receptionist barked at us saying no toilet use the beach it has toilets. , after we were given the key to the rooms one still had peoples belongings in it and after calling out we realised they weren't leaving. One other room had sheets and towels all over the floor and cleaning products all over the place. We went to reception to rectify the situation and were given a different room that still had the cleaner in it... which we then waited for. When our 3rd room became available it smelled of smoke and she told us... 2 separate stories #1 it hadn't been used in wks #2 the owners had just left. She then got the cleaners to turn on the air conditioning to rectify the smoke issue and 2 hours after check in we still hadn't been told what was happening. After passing reception lady in the car park she asked if the room was ok. We said we hadn't heard. Such poor customer service and

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your experience with us was certainly not ideal and not what we strive for. 
We have deliberated with our staffing team on how to better our services by preventing incorrect room allocations. Fortunately though, we amended this for you immediately.
However, regarding some of your other concerns we did make efforts to ensure your group had a pleasant stay. We were able to provide the keys to one of your three rooms earlier than our standard 2pm check in to use the bathroom. We advised head housekeeping to meet you at the room you recall smelling of smoke. Our rooms and grounds are completely smoke free and there was no apparent smoke smell in this room. Despite this, head housekeeping made attempts to dehumidify the room. Our staffing continuously endeavoured to accomodate your group. We understand your frustration that we could not cancel and refund two of your three rooms. We can not do this upon check in as we are required 2 weeks notice. We are sincerely disappointed to read your comments of our team were unsatisfactory. South Pacific Apartments Team

Office staff were wonderful. Beautiful location. Rooms were clean. Pool needs some work with a few broken tiles and very slippery.

Great place to stay with a young family. Kids loved the pool and adults lived the fenced in area out the front of the apartment for the kids to pkay in.

Liked the location, overall cleanliness and the pools. Could have used a ceiling fan in the lounge room as we didn't always need the air con.

Didn’t like that it was a non smoking property it was stated in the Suitability/Accessibility area of their ad which I didn’t read as I have no problem with accessibility. Still a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The spa temperature was amazing !
