The guy in the reception when checked in wasn’t friendly.He gave us the room w/ broken lock cant open the room door and went back to the reception to tell the problem.There was a different person in the reception and told me that the room that the guy gave has a broken lock that everyone knew.My question was if the guy knew about it why he gave that room and let us went up to the room.My point is if one of the rooms has problem especially the lock,fix the problem first before offering that room to any of your paying customers.The hotel is not worth of 5 stars rating.

This accommodation had the comfiest bed and pillows my husband and I have ever experienced. I'm also pregnant at the moment so that was a huge thing for me! Someone was always at Reception when we needed them and the bar and restaurant had such amazing food and drinks that made it enjoyable to stay in on a rainy weekend.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for, which made for a pleasant first impression. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered stunning, uninterrupted views of the lake. The bathroom was also generously sized, and the shower delivered excellent water pressure and strong, consistent water flow from the shower head. The bed was a good size, but the mattress was uncomfortable as it dipped in the middle and lacked proper support, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. The toilet was positioned extremely low, which made it challenging to use comfortably—I unfortunately fell backwards a few times as a result. For dining, only the bar was open for dinner, with no access to the hotel’s other restaurants during our stay. Additionally, a can of Coke was priced at $7.50, which I found to be very pricey and not reflective of typical pricing. On a positive note, the pool was fantastic and a real highlight—the water temperature was ideal, perfectly warm, and very enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel’s cleanliness, maintenance, and room size were excellent, improvements to bedding comfort and restaurant availability would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Great for very little kids, not so for bigger kids. Pool very small and games room lacking. Our first breakfast was a scene from faulty towers, only one person on and nothing there, including clean plates. BUT they did hear the complaints and was much better the next day. Generally rooms are good, clean and tidy - you can hear your neighbours next door, It’s a fair walk to town so be prepared to drive.
